Labioplasty

Labioplasty addresses concerns a women may have about the appearance of the inner vaginal lips, known as the labia minora. This tissue may be disproportionate to the size of the outer lips (labia majora) since childhood, or may occur later on in life from changes in weight, pregnancy, or from irritation. During this procedure, excess skin can be removed to improve the appearance or asymmetry of the external genitalia. Women can improve their self-confidence, avoid irritation, and restore a youthful appearance as a result. Labioplasty is performed as an outpatient in approximately 1 hour.
